In March 2001, we stood up our website with hopes that having a "meeting place" for those descendants and other interested folks would prove fruitful for all involved. Todd and Gary have helped so many people find information about the unit or their ancestor. We have recieved well over 10,000 visitors to the site and couldnt be more proud that folks find our site useful. We are approaching 100 descendants listed on our descendants page.
This blog space is going to be used for articles written and commented on, by our visitors but I wanted to use this first space to thank Gary Waddey and Todd Cathey, the site historians for giving us such useful and pertinent content, and also to thank you, the visitor, many of which have contributed great content to the site as well.
It is our intent to make the site better and better and to keep the discussion going and information flowing.
